Unilube is a Joint Venture that is exercised for oil processing plant based in Madanat Al-Jubail Al-Sinaiyah of Saudi Arabia. This oil processing plant, Unilube, under its license uses Vaxon manufacturing process that processes 90,000 metric tons of oil. All the raw feedstock materials, catalyst and reactants are supplied to local contractors under a fix long term agreement.
The main product of this Unilube plant is Base Oils, Naphtha, Gas Oil and Asphalt modifier. Most of the raw material from this Unilube plant are traded in market of Saudi Arabia and are also exported to the Gulf, Far East and European countries. Al-Jedaie groups own 25% share of Unilube plant as part of their investment. |
